What we collect
The enquiry form on this site collects your name, email address, and whatever you write in the message, dates, and guest count fields. We use this only to respond to your enquiry about a possible stay at Can Sureda.
What we don't collect here
This website does not collect identity documents, payment details, or passport information. If you go on to book a stay, ID verification for legally-required guest registration is handled separately through Chekin, our compliance provider, via a link sent directly to confirmed guests.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to respond to you and, if you book, to fulfil that booking.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete any information you've submitted by emailing tommy@richardsons.ltd.
